Netflix Will be Streaming Violet Evergarden Anime Worldwide,Spring 2018

The Anime adaptation project based on illustrator Akiko Takase and author Kana Akatsuki's Novel "Violet Evergarden" was announced by Kyoto Animation previous year in the month of May. Episode 1 was previewed at a screening at Anime Expo on July 2, 2017.While the Regular broadcasting will begin in January 2018 . 
                                       On Saturday Kyoto Animation announced that Netflix will stream"Violet Evergarden"Anime in Japan in January when the anime airs on Japanese television and Outside Japan in - Spring 2018.

The story of Violet Evergarden goes like this- A world where Professor Orlando, a scientist, creates a series of robots (known as "Auto Memory Dolls") to assist his wife Molly, an author, in writing her novels after she loses her sight. Later, the Auto Memory Dolls are repurposed as weapons of war.(continued below)

                                                

At the conclusion of a 4 year war that tore the continent of Tersis apart, an Auto Memory Doll named Violet Evergarden retires from fighting and takes a job with a postal company. Violet is haunted by a word that she heard on the battlefield, a word that was told to her by the most important person in her life, a word that she doesn't understand. By touching human lives and human hearts through her work in taking dictation, Violet Evergarden searches for the meaning of the word.

Violet is a newcomer Auto Memory Doll at the CH postal company. She has wanted to know the meaning of "certain words" she received from Gilbert when she was a soldier.

About Benedict-

Benedict is a postman who works at the CH postal company.

• Takehito Koyasu as Claudia Hoggins(Supporting)

About Claudia-

Claudia is a former army commander. He founded the CH postal company and serves as president.

• Aya Endou as Cattleya Boudelaire(Supporting)

About Cattleya-

Cattleya is an Auto Memory Doll who works at the CH postal company. She has been close with Hoggins even before working there.

• Diasuke Namikawa as Gilbert Bougainville(Supporting)

About Gilbert-

Gilbert is a major of the Leiden Shaf Rich Army. He treasures Violet much more than anything else.
